Creating Proposals

1. Select Labour

Select Project Labour based off your pricing settings by Days, Square Metre or Length

2. Select Materials

Select Materials and update quantity, length, square metre or by labour days and immediately calculated

3. Apply Discounts

Optional discounts are shown at threshold levels based on project size

4. Pricing Calculator

The pricing calculator updates in realtime in order to provide an immediate cost to customer

5. Customer Details & Material List

Input the Customers details and show the materials list they have selected for approval

6. Generate & Send Invoice

Click Generate Proposal to create the final invoice, send it directly to customer and add the project to your portal

Notifications

1. Notifications

Notifications track your projects and remind you if the project is not as it should be

2. Auto-Tracking

Notifications are created by discrepancies between Build Status and Payment Status

3. Detailed Drop Downs

Notifications are filtered by importance and status so you can manage them effectively

4. Quick Action Buttons

Use the quick action buttons at the bottom of notifications to resolve the raised issues fast

5. Update Status in View Project

To override notifications, you can update project status in view proposal

6. Immediate Removal

Once notification issues have been resolved through the update of status, they are immediately removed
